To book your Session please submit this retainer fee. The amount paid via this listing will be subtracted from your session total.
By submitting a retainer you're acknowledging that you've read and accepted the following:
Cancellations
The retainer fee paid is non-refundable and non-transferable to another party. Please contact me by email or phone 48 hours prior should you need to cancel/reschedule your session.The retainer fee paid is transferable to another date should you need to reschedule your session.
Weather Delays
If the scheduled session is not able to be held do to weather, ArtSi Professional Studio and Client will work together to choose a new date as early as possible. Please be sure your schedule allows for a possible date change due to weather when booking.
Late Arrivals
Any client(s) that arrives late to the photo session will have the amount of time late deducted from the time allotted for the session. Your session may need to be rescheduled if you arrive over 30 minutes after the scheduled start time.
STUDIO POLICIES
• Your session fee is due in full at the time of your session.
• Please do not bring your own camera, camcorder or other recording device to the session.
• If you plan to bring a sibling under the age of 3 to your newborn session, we suggest that you have another relative or friend present at the session to assist in watching them.
• Due to the custom nature of photographic products, all sales are final.
• Image prices, products and services are subject to change at any time, however, you are "locked in" to current pricing for 30 days following your session.
• In the interest of fairness to all of our clients, we are unable to offer special deals or discounts except for those that may run occasionally as promotions. For this reason, please understand that session fees, and business policies are non-negotiable. Due to the custom nature of photographic products, no refunds will be issued.
